Annie Boisseau
RBA

Annie Boisseau was born in London and now lives and works in Surrey. She is a member of the RBA and the Small Paintings Group (SPG). Studied Fine Art at Goldsmiths College of Art, London and Exeter College of Art and Design, BA Hons.

I am primarily a landscape painter, working mainly in oils. My work is often seen as semi-abstract and aims to bridge Romantic tradition with contemporary expression. The starting point is from observational drawings, which are then developed into layered atmospheric paintings, crafting landscapes that resonate emotionally and poetically.

Annie has exhibited widely from the Mall Galleries with the RBA, the Pastel Society, The Discerning Eye, to international venues such as The Olympia Art Fair and The 20/21 British ArtFair. Other notable galleries include Panter and Hall, London (SPG) The Russell Gallery, London and Mandell’s Gallery (SPG). Her work is held in many private collections abroad as well as the Public  Collection of The University of Surrey (Art UK).
