My appreciation of craftsmanship has led to a focus on capturing workers in action; farmers, fishmongers, blacksmiths and brewers have been known to feature in my works. Most recently I’ve embarked on a project to document Britain’s pubs through the medium of oil.

These paintings are distinctive and easily recognisable due to the textured surface. The paint is generously applied to the canvas resulting in wonderfully thick, textured paintings.
